The VICEF association was established in 2008 by the current President Dr. Sir Bismark Epoh Enongene and six other volunteers, the vice president is Mr. Ndiaye Amadou Abbas, the secretary is Ms Rocco Nadia.

The Vicky Ebude Fondation "VICEF" is a humanitarian organization for international cooperation and development with legal headquarters in Udine ITALY. Offically registered with the  order of humanitarian organizations  of Friuli Venezia Giulia No 147 .
The aim of the organization is to promote in Cameroon and neighboring countries; food safety, health support and medical supplies, information campaigns to fight AIDS,   prevention - early diagnosis  and treatment of breast cancer , Education,  promoting youth empowerment and local livelihood programs  such as agriculture, livestock and fishing etc.
